About East Devon Counselling Service-Jane Hancock
Couple Counselling can be helpful if you are experiencing problems in your relationship, it is often short term (6 to 8 sessions) and can be very helpful in beginning to explore how your difficulties started, improving communication and making changes. Often it can feel like there is no way forward and during the first session we will identify the issue and agree how to work together. Couple Counselling is not about apportioning blame but about exploring and understanding the issues, how they came about and finding a way forward together.
