What is Borders Therapy Services?
Border Therapy Services offers specialist (online) counselling and clinical hypnotherapy to individuals, couples and groups. Clients come to me with a whole range of issues, often including stress, anxiety, overload, burn-out, relationship problems, loss, depression, low self-esteem, bullying, lack of confidence, assertiveness, health concerns and many more. Furthermore, I work with several national Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP’s) and organisations that provide their employees with counselling, critical incident and trauma response, and mandatory supervision for specialist teams.
Who is behind Borders Therapy Service?
My name is Sue Draper-Todkill, a professional counsellor and hypnotherapist. I help individuals, children over 16, couples and groups take back control in their life by making necessary changes. My goal is to restore some kind of balance and happiness in their world. It is my passion to help people understand who they are and why they do the things they do. I find it very important to offer a safe space to you and to establish a relationship of trust. I am an accredited member of the BACP and work within their guidelines and ethical framework. I also hold an enhanced DBS certificate.

I offer custom counselling programmes to overcome any obstacle, both in face-to-face and online sessions. I am also a NCH accredited professional clinical hypnotherapist. If you are a couple seeking help with your relationship, ? I have many years of experience in supporting couples to make changes and put things back together. For those suffering from mental health issues in self-isolation due to COVID-19, I offer online therapy via FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom, or Skype. Online appointments are available immediately.
